The Broker
Bill Pilger is a Florida native and licensed real estate broker who has worked in Southwest Florida real estate since 2001, and in Florida real estate since 1996.
Bill started his career in 1996 as a real estate assistant in his hometown of Marathon, in the Florida Keys. He moved to Naples in 2001 and spent twelve years in commercial sales, selling hotels and apartment buildings ranging from 10 to 100 units.
He then moved into residential real estate as a broker associate, and went on to run brokerages himself: managing broker, broker and owner, and most recently managing broker of two Naples area offices for a national brand. Along the way he has taken part in more than 300 residential sales across Southwest Florida.
The Property Pros is the result: a Naples brokerage built on that commercial and residential depth. Bill holds the Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Graduate REALTOR® Institute, Certified International Property Specialist, Certified Foreclosure Specialist and 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange Specialist designations, so buyers, sellers and investors get one broker who understands every side of the deal.
